Free Training Guide

Riding your bike for charity can be a very rewarding and memorable experience. What kind of experience you have largely depends on your preparation for the event! The difference between having fun, feeling strong and accomplishing your goal or struggling with problems is dependent on planning and proper training. Check out these tips to prepare for a successful event.

  • Train by riding your bike whenever possible.
  • Wear comfortable sport or cycling clothing.
  • Always wear a cycling helmet that meets CPSC or ASTM standards.
  • Wear protective gear like gloves and glasses.
  • Hydrate properly whenever you ride. Carry a water bottle or wear a hydration pack.
  • Don't push yourself beyond a comfortable limit and try to improve on previous ride times.
  • Enjoy every ride.
