Fort Lauderdale FL……….On Saturday, June 17th, 2006, HospiceCare of Southeast Florida, Inc. will open the Forget-Me-Not Center, a comfort cottage that offers a place to remember and heal. This is the newest addition to HospiceCare in Fort Lauderdale where one may share memories, fears, rituals, hopes and helpful information about how to get through the pain of loss. Hospice will offer family counseling, children's programs, retreats, memorials, art and pet therapy through this center.

On Saturday, June 17th from 11am to 5pm, please help us in launching our vision of a place where people can come for support: to celebrate and memorialize the lives of the ones they love. Create our remembrance garden by donating a plant, rock, shell or other adornments, bring your children to hear the beautifully told story of Wings…a story of transformation which will be read by Caren Bock, author, at noon and a celebration with a ribbon cutting at 1pm.
