Friday, December 14, 2007…. Guests of all ages came from near and far to celebrate the holiday season with neighbors, friends and family to support "Home for the Holiday's", a special annual Hospice Hundred fundraising event that benefits HospiceCare of Southeast Florida, Inc.
"Home for the Holidays" was held at the seasonally adorned home of Bill and Susan Telli, Executive Director of HospiceCare. Many little faces were filled with glee as they enjoyed the festive lights, holiday crafts, and Santa Claus! Parents' hearts were filled with delight while the vintage fire truck drove their children around the neighborhood. (compliments of the Quarterdeck) Santa's tummy didn't rumble as incredible holiday edibles were served and even the little ones had a special menu of fun holiday food.
"I look forward to this special event each year for it is such a wonderful occasion to see the children elated and the families' holiday spirits soar," commented Susan G. Telli. Thank you to event chairs, Tucker Jaxtheimer and Jean Meisels for their dedication and commitment to this successful event. Many families revisit Home for the Holidays year after year.
