Your Memorial Candle Ornament will be on the "Season of Remembrance" tree located at the Galleria Mall in Fort Lauderdale, Florida throughout the holiday season. Please join us as we dedicate this Season of Remembrance while carols are sung by the Kids 4 Christ children's choir on Tuesday November 25th, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. in the Galleria Mall by Nieman Marcus. If you are unable to join us, we will place your Candle on the tree for you in remembrance of your loved one. Dedication of Season of Remembrance
Tuesday, November 25, HospiceCare celebrated Season of Remembrance during a memorial dedication at the Galleria Mall to adorn this beautiful tree. Breathing taking, little voices filled the air as Kids 4 Christ performed, joining us to celebrate this evening from Victory Christian Center in Boca Raton. Following their performance, a surprise visit from Santa created more festive cheer. The Season of Remembrance is a month long celebration of the lives of those we have loved and lost. For over 20 years, a holiday tree has stood in the Galleria Mall decorated with various ornaments commemorating the lives of our friends and family. It is a moving tribute to those we love and have lost. Many supporters donated to HospiceCare and were given a memorial candle ornament on which they could write the name of a loved one they wished to remember and view it on our Holiday Tree. This dedication and viewing was complimentary to the community. We thank Kids 4 Christ for joining us this year in celebrating this annual event.
