	Your donation in remembrance of your loved one will allow HospiceCare of Southeast Florida to continue meeting the needs of terminally ill patients and their families. A memory book and the "Season of Remembrance" tree may be visited at the Galleria Mall in front of Neiman Marcus in Fort Lauderdale, Florida throughout the holiday season. Please join us to dedicate this beautiful tree while carols are sung by the St. Mark's School Children's Choir. The "Season of Remembrance" is a special time for loved ones to purchase a memorial ornament and to view it on our Tree. For further information call 954-HOSPICE (467-7423). Donations may be made at this time or from November 24th through December 22nd by mail or using the Online Donation Form. You may remember a loved one with a donation December 1-23 from 12-8, and Sundays from noon to 6 PM at the Galleria in front of Neiman Marcus.
