In June of 2005 HospiceCare of Southeast Florida dedicated the Forget-Me-Not Center. The center is located on our campus next door to our 8-bed on-site Hospice facility known as the Bougainvilla. The Forget-Me-Not Center offers emotional support, art therapy, individual and group counseling or just a place for solitude and reflection. Our Center continues to provide bereavement support to our patients' families and to the community. It is available for quiet reflection and memorial moments, where clients may bring in photos or trinkets to honor their loved ones. We are pleased to serve all populations: Families, Professional Caregivers, Adults, Teens, and Children. Some of our services provided include:

Adult, Teens, & Children ServicesThe Center is open to families in our community as well as those who have had a loved one with HospiceCare. Please call 954-HOSPICE (467-7423) ext. 1500 for more information, to schedule an appointment, or to ask questions. Grief group and pet loss grief group participants need to register in advance.
